What data are we talking about? 

We are talking about your personal data that you provide when you contact a representative of First Aid Communication Agency by phone and e-mail, the data that you leave in the contact forms and the information about the user of the website that is automatically stored in cookies. The website uses Google Analytics web analytics tools – the cookies of these portals also collect statistical data about user behaviour. Google is the owner of these tools, so the data may be processed outside the European Union.

Why and on what basis do we want to process your data? 

We process your data in order to answer your question. The basis for processing is your consent, given by submitting a form or email. 

To whom may we pass your data? 

We do not pass your data on to other entities operating commercially, we do not sell your data and we do not provide it free of charge. In accordance with the applicable law, we may disclose your data to entities entitled to obtain such data under the applicable law, e.g. courts or law enforcement agencies, should they make a request for disclosure based on an appropriate legal basis. 

With whom we share data

You have the right to object. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. 

Is the provision of data voluntary? 

Yes, the provision of personal data is voluntary, it is also necessary to respond to your request. You may withdraw your consent to data processing at any time. The withdrawal of consent will not affect the lawfulness of the data processing before the withdrawal. 

Any processing of your data must be based on an appropriate legal basis that complies with the applicable legislation. If you send us an email, if you make contact by telephone, this constitutes the start of the communication process and your consent to the processing of your personal data until the exchange of correspondence related to the response to your request is closed. Your data will not be processed for more than 2 months after the closure of this process. 

Cookies are only used to ensure that the content of the website is displayed correctly according to your individual settings and for statistical purposes, without processing personal data. You can configure the software (browser) on your device yourself so that cookies are automatically blocked – however, this may affect the operation of certain website functionalities. 

For how long will your data be processed? 

  1. Consent to process data for marketing purposes – until revoked. 
  2. Consent to processing for the purpose of responding to an enquiry by phone, email or via a contact form – your data will not be processed for more than 2 months after the closure of this process, unless new grounds for processing arise, such as the signing of a contract.
