FACT LEADERS

Anna Jechna-Grabska | CEO

I am a journalist and marketer by education, but a PR specialist by passion. I gained my professional experience in the editorial offices of the key media in the country, including Polsat, TVP, and ‘Życie’, as well as in a recognised PR agency – Headlines Porter Novelli. In 2009, I decided to open my own company, and since then, I have been successfully running a communication agency whose clients are international companies and NGOs and whose activities have been focused for years on social and health areas within CSR and ESG.

I am fascinated by psychology, sociology, and cultural anthropology. I follow trends, not only in the area of communication, which I enjoy discussing. The topic of changing perceptions of authority in society is particularly close to my heart.

I am curious about the world, people, and other cultures. I love travelling, especially to the north—Iceland and Scandinavian countries. I am fascinated by ‘blue zones’. In my free time, I like to read, mainly books written by good reportage travellers (recently Paweł Smoleński, Witek Szabłowski, and Ania Dudzińska, among others), and ride gravel trails on my bike.

Last but not least, I am first and foremost a mom to Franek and Gabrysia and a wife to Konrad.

Agnieszka Mroczek | Strategy Director & Partner

I have been involved in the public relations industry and the medical market for many years. I gained my competences at global agencies such as Headlines Porter Noveli and Hill+Knowlton Strategies, managing corporate projects, information and education campaigns and public affairs activities.

In addition, I learnt the specifics of working for public benefit organisations (Committee for the Protection of Children’s Rights and the DKMS Foundation), as well as the challenges of coordinating projects on behalf of a pharmaceutical company (Gedeon Richter). The experience gained in such diverse market segments allows me to better understand the needs of the stakeholders, the key needs and the challenges faced by our clients. I always put the exact definition and support of the client’s business objectives first – without this, PR activities would just be an ‘image shell’ rather than a communication strategy.

I balance the constant juggling of tasks, projects and decisions with yoga, which is an increasingly important part of my life. It allows me to calm down after work, but also to keep my distance and calm, during the biggest project storms. Additionally, I sail, so strong winds, waves and sudden changes of direction on the water and on a daily basis do not frighten me.

Adrianna Tomasik | Head of Healthcare Communication

I have been involved in the public relations industry and the medical market for almost 20 years. Initially, events were my hobbyhorse, but eventually I got involved in the broadly understood healthcare sector since it made my heart beat faster. I specialize in CSR, product and Public Affairs projects. I gained experience in the global agency Hill+Knowlton Strategies, then I got professionally involved with an agency operating in the PA sector and the pharmaceutical company Gedeon Richter.

I have many years of experience in cooperation with NGOs, with which I have done a lot of good for patients – I saw some of them crawling, and now they are dynamic organizations operating systematically. My greatest professional success is the “Mam haka na raka” campaign, which was recognized as the campaign of the 20th anniversary awarded in the most important industry competition of the Association of PR Companies – Złote Spinacze.

I respect myself for every decision I make, because it is always an action, and only action pushes us forward. I love experiencing and savoring the world – although I always return to Polish traditions with sentiment. I spend my free time in the garden, where I fully charge my batteries.

Olga Walentynowicz | Head of Sustainable Lifestyle Communication

I have always been passionate about words and their power, which is why my education, and the beginning of my professional path, was connected with journalism. I gained PR experience in the following agencies: Inner Value and ConTrust Communication, where I advised clients on corporate and product communication, as well as CSR activities. At the Institute for Research on Democracy and Private Enterprise at the Polish Chamber of Commerce, I implemented, among others, the Fair Play Company Programme, the idea of which is to encourage all companies in Poland to behave ethically and introduce appropriate changes not only in the internal organisation of work, but also to shape positive relations with the local community and care for the environment. I have been involved with FACT since 2016. Creating communication strategies for socially important topics related to ecology or health, among others, is greatly rewarding for me.

My middle name is organisation – I am fulfilled by planning family backpacking trips, without travel agencies, instead with a solid plan and always a tight schedule. I express my artistic soul by taking amateur photographs. Since becoming a mum, I have also been passionate about child and adolescent psychology, which I explore as a hobby to better understand my children Matylda and Bruno, to whom I show the world together with my husband.
