‘EMozones’ for Emotopic

Brief: Creation of an image campaign for a brand new to the market – Emotopic.

Successes:

  • Creation of 46 EMOzones in hospitals with neonatology departments. 
  • Creation of 5 outdoor EMOzones in city parks, open pools, playgrounds. 
  • Creation of the first outdoor EMOZone at the Pol’and’Rock festival in 2018. – Cooperation with the Great Orchestra of Christmas Charity. 
  • Extensive media coverage of the campaign, especially in the regional press. 
  • Long-term cooperation with the client. 

Challenges:

  • High market competition in the children’s dermocosmetics segment. 
  • Covid19 pandemic, which prevented the building of parenting zones in children’s hospital wards. 

Description:

Building closeness is difficult especially in situations where a child is being treated in hospital. Therefore, as part of the nationwide programme ‘EMOstrefy – close with you I want to be’, together with the EMOTOPIC brand we have created places where it is possible to comfortably and safely kangaroo, cuddle and, above all, build closeness between parents and children. 

Activities:

  • Creation of a nationwide image campaign based on the theme of kangarooing and closeness parenting. 
  • Media relations – based on an opinion poll on proximity parenting and its perception by Poles. 
  • Creating special kangaroo zones – EMOzones equipped with kangaroo chairs or couches for parents watching over their babies in hospitals with children’s or neonatal units. 
  • Creating outdoor EMOzones in city parks – specially designed benches with a canopy and sun protection equipped with a comfortable chair and a changing table.
